Mentorship Programs

Veterinary medicine can be professionally and emotionally demanding, especially in the early years of practice. The Mentorship Program is a 3-year program built around the message that growth is best achieved with guidance, support, and shared experience.

Importantly, this program also supports veterinarians who wish to set up their own practice, guiding them through each step - from planning and clinical workflows to ethical practice models and long-term sustainability. Mentorship does not end with advice; it involves being available, approachable, and supportive throughout the journey.
